SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for your order. Please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, the order will arrive in 3-5 business days. All shipping costs will be calculated during check-out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, we accept returns. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All items must be shipped back in their original condition with the original earring card holders.
Exceptions:
Due to the personal hygiene nature of these items, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- nose rings
- belly rings
Return Shipping Costs:
At this time, Kamilah’s Jewelry Box does not cover return shipping costs except in the case of damaged items. Please keep in mind, damaged items must be returned within 7 days. To start the return, please contact Rochelle at kamilahsjewelrybox@gmail.com for exact instructions. Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for response time.
Lost & Stolen Packages
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Rochelle at kamilahsjewelrybox@outlook.com. A claim will then need to be filed with the shipping company, in order to resend the package.
